We dedicated a special section to mario`s olive wood , spoons , forks and knifes,  because it represents our life-philosophy!  MARIO, a master craftmen from ITALY  works slowly, but reach perfection ! every single detail of his objects are simply perfect !  Because olive trees take over 500 years  ( !!!!!) of growing to reach the consistency and compactness  and the beauty of patterns.  we think to pay respect to such a tree, thus allowing our master craftmen to take his time ..the result ?  see by yourself !! a quality of work we rated  5 " A ". olive wood takes many years ( at least 500....) to become the way we - at OWP - classifie as * A * class wood. only after such a long period of time it is ready to work with; and after a period of 6 - 10 years under OWP control it is perfectly dry...and ready !!!

we like very much marios philosophy, that`s why we call this collection "MARIOS WAY". it takes about 500 years for the olive wood to be crafted, and 6 -10 years to dry; so it deserves all the care in this final moment of creation.
