Really  beatiful and handy  this  olive wood  combination. The board  is  made  with  the  inside  round  part  a  bit  lower  to  keep all  the  spice  ,  herbs  , veggie  or  else  ,  nicely  under  the  stainless  steel  blade.  The  olive  wood  , as  usual is  of  the  best  quality ,  only  the  root  and  best  patterns  and  shade.  A real  old  olive  wood ,becoming  better  with  the  time....
