• we don`t cut ANY olive tree to produce  our items ¨!
• we  buy since many  years only the trees, that are dead, or due to different reasons somebody has to chop them off,   99% of the time will end up beeing burned somewhere  , thus  being  destroyed .
• the construction of a highway for example is one of the classic situation, where governement will have to cut some olive trees....we are there in time with OWP regional contacts all over south italy, especially PUGLIA, CALABRIA ,MOLISE, TOSCANY , SICILY
• WE LOVE olive trees. since we are born olive are part of our dayly life.we use exclusivly extra virgin , cold pressed bio olive oil to prepare anything from salad to spaghetti .we use olive wood cutting boards of different size and style plus anything like spoons, bowls, jars and so on...everything we produce  ..... for you to enjoy.
• Unfortunatly climat change effects also olive trees!
• another reasons happen due to agricultural reasons, some times very old trees doesn`t produce  olives anymore .....and people wants to plant new trees....and  they  are not able  to craft olive wood the  way  we do..... and  they  prefer  some  cash  .. better  than  old  olive  wood  roots  so  hard ( ! )  nobody  knows  what  to  do  with.

Dear customers we  make our best to be accurate when it come to size , measure , however  every olive wood product  it is made by hand and the olive wood as is own patterns that we have to take care , in order to craft a long lasting olive wood object.
